Project Summary: The Imperial Plastics Production Facility is located in Eastwood Energy Center, Mankato, Minnesota. This is a new production facility for a growing Minnesota based plastics manufacturer. The project for the shell building consisted of the erection of a total of 124,368 square feet on a vacant lot, including production, warehouse, office, and mezzanine space.
